I joined the United States Digital Service in August 2024 and was detailed to build a human-centered design practice at the Veterans Affairs Digital Health Office, launched in June 2024. lI ead research and design teams and leverage agile and human-centered practices to improve Veterans and their care team’s experiences to drive better health outcomes for millions of Veterans across the U.S. Please inquire for a walkthrough of case studies.
